Storage Rules

• All items in the five storage/utility rooms must be locked behind a storage closet door
• Any items left in the CVCA common space may be confiscated by the CVCA within 2 weeks of public notice
• Exceptions to this rule will be bicycles that adhere to the Bicycle Storage Rules
  

Bicycle Storage Rules

• All units will have a reserved Bicycle Space in one of the four storage/utility rooms that will allow for the installation of Bicycle Racks
  
• Unit owners must purchase and install a Bicycle Rack on a designated Bicycle Space through the CVCA in order to store bicycles
  
• Bicycles must be locked to a Bicycle Rack designated for each unit, not simply reside in a Bicycle Space. No exceptions.
  
• Any bicycles left in the CVCA common spaces (storage areas or entrances) or locked to non-designated Bicycle Racks may be confiscated by the CVCA within 3 weeks of notice.
• At no time can bicycles be locked to pipes or any other common area structures other than designated Bicycle Racks
